Butare! - September 16, 2012

Sorry, it's been a pretty silent week.  I had 2 tests today, as well as a project on the go, so most of my time has been taken up with school.  Caleb also had a lot of homework this week.

Last Sunday we drove 2 hours to the Southwest to the region of Butare.  We weren't in the city, but we were in that region.  Mrs. Alivera travelled with us again (Pastor Andre's wife).  We were told that the terrain was not going to have hills; we discovered it is not a matter of having hills, but how steep they are!  It was still very hill-y!

This time the service was inside and very packed!  We were up front on the stage with other visitors and pastors.  We seemed to have missed most of the choirs, and the service only went till 1:20, I think.

There were kids and people hanging in all the windows.
